DESCRIPTION:Our January 16th (7 p.m ET) colloquium features Elena Rosemond\, queer Montessorian and graduate of Sarasota University’s Masters of Arts in Montessori Leadership. Elena will be discussing how school administrators and teachers can make their schools and classrooms inclusive for LGBTQIA+ students\, staff\, and parents. In this discussion\, we will specifically focus on the process of creating and implementing a gender support plan for transgender and non-binary students.
