Debbie Couldrey, M.Ed. Faculty in College of Education

Debbie Couldrey is a dedicated and passionate Montessori guide with over 15 years of
experience in the field of education. Educated in both England and Canada, Debbie’s
journey into Montessori began when she first arrived in Canada and was searching for
the perfect school for her daughter. Instantly captivated by the Montessori method she
knew she had found her calling. As a seasoned educator Debbie has served as a lead
guide, Instructional Guide with the Center for Guided Montessori Studies, education
coach and Montessori course developer and content editor. She excels in working with
adults, whether it’s coaching teachers to deepen their understanding of Montessori
pedagogy or collaborating with families to support their children’s growth.
Debbie’s love for education and her commitment to fostering and nurturing an enriching
environment for children are at the heart of everything she does. A joyful lifelong
learner, Debbie’s motto is Viva les enfants!
