Dr. Deirdre Williams is a visionary leader and trailblazer in education and mental health services. She is the Managing Partner for multiple Sylvan Learning Centers in Fort Bend County, the Chief Executive Officer of an IDD Mental Health Agency dedicated to supporting children and young adults, and the Principal Consultant with U-Bridge Project Consulting Group, where she mentors aspiring teachers and leaders in alternative certification programs.
With a distinguished career spanning leadership development and school transformation, Dr. Williams has served as the Executive Director of a national education nonprofit and held key leadership roles, including Leadership Development Officer and Principal in Leadership Development. Her expertise has shaped over 50 school districts nationwide, coaching thousands of aspiring and experienced school leaders. She is renowned for her success in turning around underperforming schools in the Houston Independent School District. Her leadership framework is the focus of her highly anticipated book, Impact Leadership for Lasting School Change: An Asset-Based Framework, offering practical tools for sustainable school improvement.
