Dr. Tina Taylor is a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) leader, executive strategist, and analytical thinker with over 15 years of experience driving organizational excellence. As the Proprietor and Principal Consultant at Lifetime Leaders, she partners with public and private sector organizations to design and deliver high-impact learning strategies, custom curricula, and transformative leadership programs.

Dr. Taylor’s career is defined by her unique ability to blend rigorous technical methodology with human-centered learning. Her extensive leadership background spans operational strategy, project management, and client support for major corporations like T-Mobile/Sprint, Burger King, and Kraft Heinz—where she successfully spearheaded enterprise initiatives ranging from $1M to $3B. In the academic and professional development space, she previously served as the Director of Curriculum at Graduate School USA, where she optimized the delivery of over 200 annual programs for federal employees, championing a scalable development process that slashed planned budget costs by 40%.

An expert educator, Dr. Taylor has served on the faculties of Graduate School USA, Northern Virginia Community College, and the University of Phoenix. Her facilitation style is rooted in adult learning theory, purposefully engineered to foster psychological safety, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable business outcomes.
